SABER是一个在线认证平台，于2019年1月1日正式上线，帮助本地供应商和工厂为进口或本地制造的消费品电子注册所需的合格证书，以进入沙特市场。该平台还旨在提高沙特市场的安全产品水平。

技术法规是SASO对于不同产品制定的准入技术规范，目前SASO 总共有39个技术法规：根据相应产品强制通过SABER平台发证的阶段整理如下 ：

2019 年1月1日起强制通过SABER系统签发证书：
1、家用燃气产品：Technical Regulation for Gas Appliances and their Accessories

2019 年4月1日起强制通过SABER系统签发证书：
2、儿童玩具：Gulf Technical Regulation for Children's toys.

3、低压电器：Gulf Technical Regulation for low voltage Electrical Equipments and Appliances

4、润滑油：Technical Regulation for Lubricating Oils

2019年6月15号起强制通过SABER系统签发证书 ：

5、建筑金属产品：Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part 1: The Sectors of Metals and their Alloys for Buildings and Constructions

6、绝缘和覆盖材料：Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part 2: Insulation and Cladding Materials

7、液压连接材料：Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part 3: Hydraulic Bonding and Related Products

8、建筑电动电梯：Technical Regulation for Electrical Lifts Used in Buildings and Facilities

9、瓷砖卫浴产品：Technical Regulation for Building Materials - Part 4: Bricks, Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitaryware and Related Products

2019年8月1日起强制通过SABER系统签发证书 ：

10、油漆和清漆：Technical regulation for Paints (Pigments) and Varnishes

11、电动平衡车：Technical Regulation for Electrical Self-Balancing Boards (Scooter)

12、可降解塑料：Technical Regulation for Biodegradable Plastic Products

13、卡车挡板：Technical Regulation for Truck Barriers

14、电池产品：Technical regulation for Electrical Batteries

2019年11月1日起强制1通过SABER系统签发证书 ：

15、汽车零部件：Technical Regulation for Auto Spare Parts

16、个人劳防产品：Technical Regulation for personal protective equipment and clothing

2019年12月1日起强制通过SABER系统签发证书：

17、清洗剂：Technical Regulation for Detergents

18、挂车和半挂车：Technical Regulation for Trailers and Semi-Trailers

19、纺织品: Technical Regulation for Textile Products

20、小型光伏系统：Technical Regulations for Small Scale Solar PV Systems
